Óleo sobre lienzo montado sobre tabla con miniatura de plomo

Las flores son uno de los temas recurrentes en mi pintura. Belleza, luz y color son, en mi opinión, los mejores ingredientes para componer un cuadro y ellas, las flores, los reúnen todos. Al ampliar sus formas, las flores se convierten en grandes mapas por los que se puede pasear la mirada, soñar e imaginar. Las magnolias son una de las primeras flores que pinté y a las que siempre regreso. Me gusta recrear todas las tonalidades del blanco, lo que constituye todo un reto a la hora de coger los pinceles. Esta serie, flores habitadas, son pequeños poemas visuales. La madera, el lienzo y las esculturas diminutas hacen que lo pequeño se convierta grande. ¿Se puede pasear por una flor?
