Emma Ramírez Conde

Biography

Nací en Burgos, España. Después de licenciarme en Económicas y trabajar en finanzas y consultoría durante años, sentí la necesidad de hacer un cambio total hacia lo artístico, lo que entre otras cosas me llevó a realizar un largo viaje por el Sudeste Asiático. Fue estudiando pintura en Bali donde fui consciente de lo que toda mi vida había deseado: pintar. Más adelante, en Chiang Mai, ciudad del norte de Tailandia, tuve la oportunidad de estudiar en su facultad de Bellas Artes y entrar en contacto con su mundo artístico durante cuatro años. Desde hace casi una década me dedico a pintar tanto en el ámbito de la figuración como en la abstracción, bien sea obras escogidas por mí o encargos que recibo. He participado en distintas exposiciones colectivas en Tailandia y en España; en individuales y colectivas en Málaga, Cádiz, Granada y Murcia. En 2023 he recibido un premio de pintura en el Concurso Internacional The Almenara Prize 2023, por mi potencial como artista de Madrid Academy of Art.
