Biography

Nacido en 1965 en Madrid, España. «Intento que mis creaciones inspiren momentos de reflexión y conexión con el mundo de los libros». Los temas centrales de sus obras giran en torno a la lectura. José Manuel, a través de sus figuras de líneas geométricas en escenarios únicos, busca transmitir diversas emociones al lector. Sus composiciones creativas se basan principalmente en la madera. En sus últimos trabajos de la colección “Lectores” ofrece una propuesta madura, coherente y poética, donde la geometría se pone al servicio de la emoción y donde la madera conserva la memoria de su origen mientras se convierte en personaje.
