FLECHA Bilbao 2017 abre su convocatoria

¿Quieres participar como artista en la Feria de Arte FLECHA Bilbao? Aquí las bases:

FLECHA ABRE EL PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN  DE PROPUESTAS ARTÍSTICAS PARA SU PRIMERA FERIA EN EL CENTRO COMERCIAL ARTEA, EN GETXO (VIZCAYA).

Madrid, agosto de 2017

Por primera vez, FLECHA (Feria de Liberación de Espacios Comerciales Hacia el Arte), abrirá sus puertas del 27 de Octubre al 18 de Noviembre en el Centro Comercial Artea, en Guecho, Vizcaya. Se trata de un centro de los primeros de España tanto en afluencia como en ticket medio.

Durante dicho mes, se exhibirán obras de arte contemporáneo de más de 30 artistas de diferentes países y técnicas: pintura, grabado, dibujo, escultura, fotografía, etc.

Por ello, la organización de FLECHA anuncia la apertura del plazo de recepción de propuestas artísticas para dicha Feria.

La participación en FLECHA Artea es gratuita, tan sólo se detrae una comisión sobre las ventas (un 45%) para aquellos artistas que lleven su obra y ayuden en el montaje y desmontaje de la feria. Para aquellos que no puedan acudir a Bilbao y llevar, instalar, desmontar y recoger su obra, la comisión sobre ventas ascenderá al 50%. También es imprescindible subir las obras que se expongan en la web flecha.es

La fecha límite para la recepción de las propuestas será el próximo 10 de Septiembre y será necesario presentarlas en formato digital.

Puedes mandarnos un pdf de un peso inferior a 10 megas que contenga:

1.- Nombre, nombre artístico y datos de contacto del artista: dirección postal y electrónica, teléfonos, CV, página web si la tienes, y NIF.

2.- Necesitamos una propuesta con un mínimo de 5 y un máximo de 20 obras que quieras exponer, con una foto (cada imagen debe de tener alrededor de medio o un mega) y los datos de cada una: título, técnica, tamaño, año y precio. Admitimos diferentes propuestas por artista en caso de tener varias líneas de trabajo. En este caso recomendamos mails con dosieres separados.

3.- Enviar a flecha@flecha.es, asunto: FLECHA ARTEA y tu nombre.

Recuerda que el peso del mail no exceda los 10 megas. Si no es así divídelo en varios.

A partir del 11 de septiembre tendrá lugar el proceso de selección. Se contactará telefónicamente o por e-mail con los seleccionados a la mayor brevedad.

FLECHA OPENS SUBMISSION PERIOD FOR ARTISTIC PROPOSALS FOR ITS FIRST ART FAIR IN ARTEA SHOPPING CENTER, LOCATED IN GETXO, (BILBAO)

For the first time, FLECHA (leader in the art market y shopping malls) will open its doors from the 27th of October to the 18th of November in the Artea Shopping Mall in Bilbao, Biscay. It is one of the leading shopping centers in Spain in both affluence and average ticket.

 

During this month art works from more than 30 artists from different countries and techniques will be exhibited: painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture, photography, etc.

Therefore, FLECHA’S organization is pleased to announce the opening of the submissions period for the artistic proposals to participate in this fair.

FLECHA’S participation is free, however, we work with a commission on sales (45%) for those artists that will help with the artworks transportation and assembly, back and forth. Nevertheless, the commission will be raised up to 50% for those artists that won’t be able to transport their artworks and assembly thereof. Uploading the exhibited pieces in our web flecha.es is also mandatory.

The deadline for the proposals reception will be on September 10th and they will have to be presented in digital format.

You can send us a PDF, weighing less than 10MB, containing the following information:

1. Name, artistic name and contact details: Postal address and email, telephone numbers, CV, website (if you have one) and ID number.
2.  A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 photographs (of a normal size 1 or max. 2 megas), of different artworks to be exhibited in this fair’s edition, with the basic data related to each artwork: title, year, technique, size, edition if it´s the case and price.

We admit different proposals from the same artist, if you have several lines of work. In this case, we recommend separate dossiers.

3.  Send it to flecha@flecha.es, subject: FLECHA ARTEA and your name.

Remember that the weight of the e-mail must not exceed 10 MB. If it does, please divide it into several e-mails.

From September 12th, the selection process will take place. The selected artists will be contacted by telephone or e-mail ASAP.
